To the Editor:
I read where Greenville County had the most fatal automobile accidents. My question is how many were due to people driving and using a cell phone?
I taught driving and know that peole cannot concentrate on two things at the same time!
America should stop people from driving with a cell phone. New Zealand is smarter, they are fining people and showing on TV pictures of accidents which have happened because of a cell phone.
Our police should wake up! Or is it government who should wake up?.
