A workshop on cultivating gourmet mushrooms will be offered at the Mill Spring Agricultural Development Center.
The class will be Jan. 21 from 10 a.m. – noon and Jan. 22 from 2 – 4 p.m. Topics in this hands-on workshop will include installing a home mushroom garden, harvesting, production methods and inoculating oak logs.
