The roof repair at Mill Spring School, funded in part by the Polk County Community Foundation unrestricted grant fund, is underway during the warmer, dryer days of 2011. Emergency repairs done last October to literally stop leaks are now permanent repairs on approximately 1/3 of the roof and specifically over the 550 seat auditorium of the former school.
