SALUDA—Polk County Farms recently announced its third annual Mocktails at the Market event, set to take place on Friday, July 25, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Saluda Tailgate Farmers Market. This popular community gathering promises a refreshing experience featuring delightful mocktail drinks crafted from farm-fresh ingredients.

“We will offer free mocktail drinks made by our vendors, ensuring everyone can enjoy the delicious flavors of summer,” said Events Coordinator Maureen Mitchell, expressing enthusiasm for the event.

Guests can also look forward to live music from the Hendersonville Ukulele Group along with over 15 local vendors, including the beloved Let It Be Flower Truck. Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy a demonstration from Lindsey Edwards as she creates NC Co-Op’s Kombucha Berry Mocktail, a featured highlight of the day.

“Put on your favorite tropical attire and join the fun,” added Mitchell, inviting all to celebrate the summer season together.

In addition to the mocktail festivities, the Farmers Market will host a cooking demonstration led by the NC Cooperative Extension at 5 p.m., highlighting seasonal produce items.

The Saluda Farmers Market takes place every Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. and is located at Saluda Elementary School, 214 E. Main St., adjacent to the tennis courts.
