Syracuse, along with Chris Rosser on keyboard and vocals and Jeff Sipe on drums, produces a full sound of original music and covers from artists such as Brandi Carlile, Bonnie Raitt, and Norah Jones. Pulling from a well of folk-rock, soul, and jazz inspiration, Syracuse has formed a genre-bending artistry and writing style deeply and uniquely her own.

The trio recorded Lillie’s self-produced, all-original sophomore album, Big New Heart—set for release this summer. The three have a crystal-clear synergy that instantly envelopes their listeners. The Lillie Syracuse Trio can be trusted to fulfill your need for good grooves, soulful heart songs, and a “not going to find this anywhere else” kind of musical experience.

In case of rain, the concert moves to the park pavilion. Please remember to bring a lawn chair or a cushion for the new amphitheater seating. You may bring wine and beer to the concert, but please limit your consumption to the seating area. No alcohol is allowed on the playground or in the parking lot. Remember to place a to-go order at one of Saluda’s fine restaurants so you can enjoy a picnic and live music in the park.

The Top of the Grade Concert series is overseen by the Saluda Downtown Foundation, Inc., with support from the City of Saluda. The Saluda Downtown Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the arts, beautification, historic preservation, cultural development, and economic development in downtown Saluda.
