Elizabeth “Beth” Hart Stott, 62, of Campobello, was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

Beth was born on October 23, 1962, in Spartanburg, SC, to Bobby and Shirley Hart. She grew up around the area, helping her grandparents at their drive-in, which they called “The Place,” played drums in her high school band, and graduated from USC Upstate with a degree in Accounting. She later fell in love with her husband, Phil, and raised a beautiful family.

Beth retired from Spartanburg Medical Center in 2024. She loved her morning coffee on the couch while watching her favorite TV show, Andy Griffith, snuggles with her dogs, play time and “rock rock” nap times with her granddaughter Carly, and her nightly devotional.

She is survived by her husband, Phil; daughter, Alivia Stott Pierce (Justin); granddaughter, Carly; sister, Melanie Owen (Mike); and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Shirley Hart.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Petty Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2:30 pm in the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. Joe White and Rev. Randall Wood. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

Condolences may be left at www.pettyfuneralhome.com.
