Polk County’s baseball team continues its postseason journey Friday as the Wolverines face Christ The King in the 1A state playoffs.

The game will be played at Mountain Island Charter School’s baseball complex in Mount Holly, with first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m.

Wolverine fans planning to attend should note that admission is $7 per person. The game will utilize both digital ticketing and cash payment options. Digital tickets can be purchased through GoFan at https://gofan.co/event/3602470. There is a $1 fee added to digital tickets.

Mountain Island Charter School will operate a concession stand during the game, accepting cash only. The baseball complex is located at 220 Henderson St., Mount Holly, NC 28120.
