SALUDA—Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 17, when the Saluda Arts Festival returns to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The festival is currently accepting sponsors and volunteers. 

From 10  a.m. to 4 p.m., historic Main Street Saluda will transform into an outdoor gallery featuring talented artists from across the Carolinas. This milestone celebration promises to be an unforgettable experience, drawing thousands of visitors and local artists.

The Saluda Arts Festival has been a hallmark of creativity for two decades, showcasing the region’s rich artistic spirit. The festival offers a unique opportunity for attendees to engage with art, culture, and community.

“A 20th anniversary is a testament to the talent of the festival’s artists and the dedication of the volunteers over the years who make this day so special,” said Festival Chair Missy Orr. “We want to make this year extra special given the financial impact Hurricane Helene had on Western North Carolina, especially the region’s artists.”

To continue this cherished tradition, the festival is seeking sponsors who wish to promote their businesses while supporting the local arts culture. Various sponsorship opportunities are available, with contributions in any amount welcomed. Business sponsorships will be featured prominently on a 4’ X 5’ “Sponsor Banner,” displayed one week before the festival, and sponsors will also be recognized in media releases and festival announcements.

Sponsorship categories are available at various levels to accommodate different contributions. The Silver category starts at $100, while the Gold level is $250. For those looking to make a more substantial impact, the Platinum category is priced at $500. Additionally, they welcome Underwriters who contribute $1,000 and up, significantly supporting the festival’s initiatives.

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors, whose contributions play a vital role in maintaining the high quality of this family-oriented event,” added Orr. “Without their support, we would not be able to celebrate the artistic culture and history that make Saluda a beloved destination.”
