Ricky Ellis Allison

Rutherfordton—Ricky Ellis Allison, 56, of Rutherfordton passed away on February 15, 2025.  He was the son of Larry Ellis Allison and the late Kathy Sparks Allison.

He worked as a lineman for 27 years.

He is survived by his parents Larry Allison and Bertha Allison; five children, Katelyn Allison, Zoey Williamson, Zachary Williamson, Madison Allison, and Sofia Allison; a brother Kevin Allison; a sister Karen Allison; and a granddaughter Roslyn Kadans.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Petty Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. Sean McKaig.
