Christian Isaiah Faulk, 15, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 7, 2025, surrounded by his family at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, following complications from surgery.
Christian was born on April 4, 2009, in Mooresville, NC, to Hannah Christine Faulk. He called the beautiful mountains of North Carolina home and embraced all that nature had to offer. An avid hunter and fisherman, he loved the outdoors and had a line in the water every chance he got! He also enjoyed watching football, riding four-wheelers, and practicing watersports on the lake alongside friends and family. Christian had a heart for God and loved attending church and his youth group. His passion and enthusiasm for life were remarkable; he lived and loved to his fullest potential. His one-of-a-kind dance skills made others laugh and smile. He dreamed of exploring new, exotic places; his journey was about leaving a legacy of joy and resilience with every traveler he met along the way. Christian was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving mother, Christine Faulk; sisters, Georgia and Lilly; brothers, Jacob and William; grandparents, Laura and Archie Faulk, Kim Estridge, and Truman Tipton; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Eva Tipton; great-grandmother, Sadie Jane Faulk; and cousins, Chad Jacobs and Maisie Jane Adriano, who welcomed him in heaven with warm loving arms.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Big Level Baptist Church in Mill Spring, NC, with Rev. Sean McKaig and Pastor Wayne Stafford officiating.
Family will receive friends at 1 pm – 2 pm at the church prior to the service.
A private burial will follow at Faulk Family Cemetery.
