Polk County senior Kylie Lewis joined the Wolverines’ 1,000-point club during Friday’s home game against R-S Central.
Lewis converted a layup early in the second period to become the seventh Polk County girls player to reach the 1,000-point mark. Lewis joins Kim Staley, Briana Cunningham, Hayley Kropp, Autumn Owen, Olivia Overholt, and current teammate Bailey Staton.
Lewis, who is also approaching Polk County’s career rebounding record, had nine points in limited action as the Wolverines routed the Hilltoppers 58-18.
