Foothills Music Club program features selections from Mozart sonatas

TRYON—The Foothills Music Club met on Thursday, January 9, at the home of Jeanette Comer.  Members enjoyed a program of piano solos and piano duets of selections from six different Mozart sonatas composed between 1773 and 1788. 

Also included in the program was a vocal rendition of “Ridente La Calma.”

Auditions for the FMC Young Musicians Scholarships will occur on March 7 and March 8.  Information about requirements and application forms can be obtained from Jeanette
