POLK COUNTY—Polk County Cooperative Extension’s annual plant sale is now underway, where customers can purchase a variety of fruit and veggie plants to take home and blossom in their own backyard or to gift to a special green-thumbed friend. The plant sale is set to continue until Friday, February 28.

Plants that are available to purchase include strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, asparagus, muscadines, figs, pears, apples and pecans.
