Boys and girls in grades 1st-8th can take part in Polk County Volleyball Club Academy beginning Sunday at Polk County High School.

PCVC Academy is designed to introduce players to the sport and provide a tournament experience against local teams. Practices are held every Sunday, and there is one tournament per month at a site in Polk or Rutherford County.

PCVC Academy runs January-March, and costs $85 per month. There is a one-time registration fee of $25 due the first day and athletes need to also secure an AAU membership for insurance coverage before participating.
