James “Mike” Michael Jackson, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024. Born in Landrum, he was the son of the late Raleigh James and Eula Mae Sane Jackson and the husband of the late Norma Clary Jackson. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in Vietnam. Mike was a truck driver and drove for ITS Trucking for eighteen years.

Survivors include a daughter, Christine Jackson Martin and husband, Ronnie; a step-daughter, Sheila Jones; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a brother, Carrol Jackson Riddle and wife, Joyce. He was predeceased by two brothers, Jerry and Samuel Jackson.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 PM on Friday, November 29, 2024, at Wood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until 2 PM prior to the service at Stribling Funeral Home.
