New spot specializes in energy teas and protein shakes

 

TRYON—A new addition to the town’s business landscape, Tryon Rejuvenation Station, has officially opened at 112 North Trade St., Suite 1. Owned and operated by local entrepreneurs Kelly Cudd and Reina Carroll, this rejuvenation hub specializes in energy teas and protein shakes designed to fuel customers’ days and promote healthy living.

With a commitment to health and wellness, Tryon Rejuvenation Station offers an array of energy shots and caffeinated teas alongside delicious high-protein, low-sugar meal replacement shakes that are perfect for those looking to boost their metabolism and burn calories. Cudd, a registered nurse, also runs Balanced: Weight Loss & Wellness from the same location, providing tailored services to help individuals achieve their health and weight loss goals.

“Our energy teas and protein shakes are crafted to align with weight loss and healthy living; it’s all part of creating a healthy journey for our customers,” Cudd shared. “We offer low-sugar options that differ from traditional coffee houses, providing healthier choices to our community.”

Tryon Rejuvenation Station boasts a variety of flavors for its 20oz Healthy Meal Replacement shakes, each packed with 24 grams of protein, 21 vitamins and minerals, and around 200-300 calories. Customers can choose from options such as French vanilla, birthday cake, pina colada, and many more. 

In addition to shakes, the station features a selection of energy shots and flavored teas, available in two-ounce shots and 20 oz teas made from herbal tea concentrate and aloe. These drinks aid digestion and boost metabolism, and they have just five calories and 85 mg of caffeine.

Tryon Rejuvenation Station is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
