LANDRUM—On Tuesday, November 5, Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate and the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of its latest real estate office.

The new office, located at 803 E. Rutherford Street, is strategically positioned to meet the region’s increasing demand for luxury real estate. It will focus on rural farms and equestrian estates and features a team of agents with specialized knowledge of equestrian properties.
