TRYON—On Saturday, October 19, Creators Vault hosted a Hurricane Helene Relief Concert at 25 South Trade St. in Tryon, bringing together the community for an afternoon of music and support. The event featured performances by three talented bands: AG and the BLV, Vinny Corda Quartet, and Lewendahl, all contributing to an evening of entertainment for a worthy cause.

The concert was organized after Tanisha Twitty Akinloye generously offered the venue to Jason DeCristofaro, who had posted on Facebook seeking locations to host a live concert. Together, they raised over $500, with 50% of the proceeds split between two local organizations: Pea Ridge Partnership, Inc. and Tryon Downtown Development Association.

Pea Ridge Partnership allocated its portion to assist Charley King, a local food truck owner who lost his business due to the hurricane. The Tryon Downtown Development Association will direct its funds to support recovery efforts at Harmon Field. Since the concert, Pea Ridge Partnership has further aided King by promoting his GoFundMe campaign, helping him raise additional funds to rebuild his business.
