TRYON—Creators Vault recently announced a Hurricane Relief Concert scheduled for this Saturday, October 19, from 3 to 5 p.m. This event aims to support recovery efforts in Western North Carolina following the recent hurricane, with 50% of the proceeds going to two dedicated organizations: Pea Ridge Partnership and Tryon Downtown Development Association.
The event will be an afternoon filled with live music, community spirit, and a chance to make a difference. The concert will feature a lineup of talented local artists, all coming together to raise awareness and funds for those impacted by the hurricane.
Creators Vault invites attendees to contribute through free-will monetary donations, with all proceeds going directly to the relief efforts. The Pea Ridge Partnership will use the funds to support its initiatives focused on preserving African American historical sites and businesses affected by the storm, while the Tryon Downtown Development Association will direct resources toward supporting local businesses and residents affected by the storm.
“After the devastating impact of the hurricane, it’s crucial that we come together as a community to support one another,” said Symphony Akinloye, CEO at Creators Vault. “We hope this concert not only raises funds but also fosters a sense of unity and resilience among our neighbors.”
The Hurricane Relief Concert will take place at Creators Vault, 25 S. Trade St., in Tryon, and attendees are encouraged to bring their friends and family.
“Together, we can help rebuild and uplift our community during this challenging time,” said Akinloye.
