POLK COUNTY—According to Polk County Schools Superintendent Aaron Greene, the start of the 2024-25 school year has been successful.

Addressing the Polk County Board of Education at its regular monthly meeting, Greene noted that all schools across the district had experienced a smooth start to the year. Greene also observed that students and staff were positive and excited.

Enrollment remains the same across the district as in the 2023-24 school year, and Greene noted that all schools have room for additional student growth.

Greene concluded his report by thanking Polk County educators who work so hard daily to ensure all students have a great experience with Polk County Schools.
