Barber attends Institute for Future Agricultural Leaders

Polk County High School student Banks Barber took part this summer in the week-long Institute for Future Agricultural Leaders at North Carolina State University.
IFAL is a unique leadership development program for rising high school seniors interested in careers in agriculture. Emphasis is placed on career opportunities, emerging technology, citizenship and leadership development.
Barber, the son of Chauncey and Monica Barber of Mill Spring, was chosen by Polk County Farm Bureau to attend the week-long conference.
