“Solid Foundations opened the center here because we wanted to make an impact here locally while breaking the stigma that often comes with seeking to improve your mental health,” says Frank.

The center is proud to offer office, home, and school-based treatment to families in need. It accepts a variety of insurances, as well as a private pay option with a sliding scale fee.

Solid Foundations Counseling Center also has offices in Rutherford, Cleveland, Lincolnton, and Gaston counties. By taking a community-oriented approach, the center aims to positively impact the well-being of individuals and families across these areas.

“We’re here for families, couples, and teens in Polk County that couldn’t make it to our Spindale offices,” says Andrea. “People who are looking for a safe space to discuss mental health and receive counseling.”
