Tryon– Elizabeth A. Shelley, age 86 of Tryon, North Carolina died Friday, February 3, 2023, at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City.

Elizabeth was born on August 13, 1936, in Flint, Michigan, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Florence Lamesfield Ehl.

Survivors are her daughter, Robin Dixon of Tryon, NC, sons, Scott Maxwell and wife Wendy of Gilbert, AZ, John Acheff and wife Sharon, and Daniel Acheff and wife Nancy all of Littleton, CO. There are 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband Richard Shelley and sister Joyce Ehl.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
