The 4-H teen council has some open spots, and would love to have some more members!
Teens ages 12-18 can participate in the free program. The 4-H teen council meets on the third Friday of every month. During the meetings, it plans and discusses 4-H programs, community service, fundraisers, and social activities. It has had four meetings so far.
During the last meeting, it did a community service project and stopped by the Christmas house off I-26 on the way back.
Every year the 4-H teen council participates in a fun outing for one of our meetings. This year it has decided that it will go to Big Air in Spartanburg.
If this sounds like something that interests you, come join us for our next meeting on January 20 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cooperative Extension Office and see how you like it!
