Tryon Riding & Hunt Club’s 89th Any and All Dog Show set for next month

TRYON – “Who let the Dogs out??!” That’s what you’ll be asking when Tryon Riding & Hunt Club hosts its 89th annual Any & All Dog Show (AADS) on Sunday, November 6. Join the festivities at Harmon Field from noon to 3 p.m. and celebrate dogs – their loyalty, antics and affection, warming our hearts and lifting our spirits.
No pedigree is required and all dogs are welcome –big or small, young or old. Admission is free and registration is at the basketball pavilion from noon to 1 p.m.
“The Any and All Dog Show is one of our favorite events and we are excited about this year’s show – and we’ve added two new classes,” says Karl Alexander, TR&HC board member and Committee Chair. “It is a great way to engage the community and we use our proceeds to give back to some of our local charities.”
The show has a proven track record of family fun bringing big smiles to everyone. Participants have many classes to choose from and ribbons will be awarded to winners in each class. To help your pup prepare for the show, the following is a list of classes:
- Biggest and Smallest
- Best Trick
- Best Costume
- Dog That Would Rather Be at Home on the Sofa
- Dog That Looks Most Like Its Owner
- Best Heinz 57 Dog
- Best Rescue Dog
The AADS is one of TR&HC’s historic community events that is now in its’ 89th year! In addition to the classes, the show also will feature a petting zoo, food trucks and face painters.
