In support of candidate for County Commissioner Andy Millard, I wish to point out that in addition to the many examples of Andy’s commitment to serving his fellow man, he also stepped up to the plate when our neighbor who introduced the residents of our duck pond moved, taking it upon himself to feed them twice daily.
