Spartanburg car accident takes the life of local youth

 

CAMPOBELLO––On Sunday morning, a car accident took the life of a Campobello resident.

The accident happened around 9 a.m. on Sunday morning on Nazareth Church Road in Spartanburg. The Spartanburg County Coroner’s office announced that the driver was identified as 20-year-old Morgan Rae Crocker of Campobello.  

Crocker was driving along Nazareth Church Road when she crossed the centerline, sideswiped another vehicle, traveled off the side of the road and hit a tree. Crocker was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital.
