In Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session on Dec. 14, 2021, with Judge Mark Powell presiding, 124 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Jeremy Lynn Bradshaw was convicted of conceal/failure to report death and voluntary manslaughter. Bradshaw was sentenced to 73-100 months in prison with 1,341 days credit for time served, 2 years supervised probation and court costs.
Allen Michael Burger was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and discharge firearm in city. Burger was sentenced to 18 days in jail with credit for time served.
