In Polk County District Court on Sept. 1, 2021, with Judge Larry Wilson presiding, 112 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Titus Alexander Boley was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and injury to real property. Boley was sentenced to 23 days in jail with credit for time served.
Alfonso Nunez Jr. was convicted of 2 counts of probation violation. Nunez’ probation was terminated unsuccessfully.
Justin Travis Rose was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Rose was sentenced to24 hours in jail, 12 months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
