State provides portal for proof of vaccinations

POLK COUNTY—People can now view or print their COVID-19 vaccination information from a North Carolina vaccine portal that is free and secure.

With some places requiring proof of vaccinations, the state has created a new portal to view or print out vaccination information as long as the person received their vaccination from a North Carolina provider and provided an email address to that provider.

People who received their vaccine from a pharmacy participating in the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program or from another federal vaccine provider such as the U.S. Department of Defense will need to get their vaccine information directly from that provider as it is not available in the North Carolina database.

To access information about your vaccine from a North Carolina provider, people can go to the North Carolina COVID-19 Vaccine Portal; Log in; go to my Dashboard; go to your COVID-19 Vaccine Information and then download or print your vaccine information.

For more information, people can call the vaccine help center at 888-675-4567 from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
