In compliance with NC COVID 19 re-opening phases, the Depot will open Memorial Day weekend, May 22-25, Friday-Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will practice health guidelines to open safely. The wearing of face coverings will be expected (will provide to patron if needed), 6 foot social distancing, limited to only 10 people in Depot at a time and temperature checks will be the safety protocol practiced at the Depot.

The museum includes seasonal exhibits, a Saluda Grade “O Grade” Diorama and “G Grade” train dioramas of the different railroad eras in Saluda. There are also running videos of train that came up the Saluda Grade and a gift station. The Saluda Historic Depot is located at 32 W Main Street in Saluda.
