Due to the threat of COVID-19 spread, Isothermal Community College will close for students and the public for two weeks, beginning Monday, March 16. The college will reopen for students on Monday, March 30, at this point.
Spring Break, originally set for April 14-19, will be moved to March 23-27. The instructional days will be made up later in the semester.
Students will be instructed on how Advising Day will work via email and Moodle later this week.
Employees are to report to work on Monday and Tuesday, March 16 and 17. Details about leave reporting will be released by deans and directors this week. No comp time will be granted during this period.
It is anticipated that most class instruction will be accomplished online after this initial closure period.
This is a very fluid and rapidly changing situation. Updates will be provided when available.
