On Saturday, March 7, the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce hosted their second annual Mardi Gras Seafood Extravaganza. The chilly and windy conditions didn’t keep guests away as they filled their plates again and again with oysters, shrimp, mussels and gumbo. Didn’t get to go? Don’t fret. You can look forward to the same event next year.
