Campobello to offer free trash pickup service

CAMPOBELLO–Many Campobello residents were thrilled when they received a letter in the mail this week saying free trash pickup within town limits will be starting back up again. Excited residents commented how thankful they are to the mayor and town council for restoring the trash pickup.

 

Each house will receive one can to dispose trash into. Spartan Waste of Spartanburg will be providing the pickup service. Service is scheduled to begin the second week of January. 

 

Town hall has asked that anyone within the town limits please fill out the trash pick up form even if you choose not to use the service. If you have not done so and want to receive the free weekly pick up service, you are asked to contact the town clerk at campobellotownhall@gmail.com to receive a form. The forms must be returned to Kim Hyder, town clerk, by December 20, 2019. If any questions arise town residents are asked to call town hall at 864-468-4545.
