Over the summer, Polk County High School students Nic Lopez and Shane Parris spent the summer working on the farm at the school. 

The students were responsible for caring and feeding animals, maintaining the apple trees, muscadine vineyard, blue berries and the grounds at the school farm.

Both students are active in the Agricultural Education Program at PCHS.
