Abigail Hill to perform at Landrum Presbyterian Church

The Voice Studio of Brenda Quilling invites the community to attend the Voice Recital of one of her students, Abigail Hill.
Abigail has been singing her entire life, and has had opportunities to grow her talents through performing as a soloist for the Carolina Foothills Community Chorus, performing the National Anthem for events at the Tryon International Equestrian Center, and was recently selected to perform alongside other up-and-coming talent during the Young Artists program at the Tryon Fine Arts Center, among other things.
Abigail has been widely successful in the world of opera, as well as a composer and vocal instructor, for nearly a year now, and has grown greatly in her skills during that time. Last year, she was awarded a scholarship by the Community Chorus to continue pursuing her music education.
She will be presenting a selection of classical and sacred works, including composers such as Richard Strauss, G.A. Handel and Charles Gounod. She will be joined for two duets by guest Amanda Dimond, another student of Quilling.
The recital will be held Saturday, May 4th at 5:00 p.m. at the Landrum Presbyterian Church.
