Holy Cross is hosting a fundraiser is to raise funds to help Ian Williams and his family make the transition to three years at seminary at the end of the summer. Ian is well-known in the community, having graduated from Polk County High School and then going on to UNC Chapel Hill. 

Our “ship” the USS Seminary, will feature a wonderful buffet supper by Chef Geoff Carey and his crew. In addition, ticket holders will be given a bidding paddle, a floral lei and two drink tickets each. Attendees are encouraged to dress in nautical or cruise attire!   

There are two tickets available: one is for the dinner and desert; the other is for desert only. The other is for desert only. Seating is strictly limited to 120 attendees.  

The Captain’s Dining Room is open at 6:00 p.m. for full-dinner ticket-holders. For those attending the desert bar only are invited to come aboard at 7:00 p.m. All individuals will be given the chance to participate in the auction.  

Ticket holders will be entered in a drawing for special door prizes awarded throughout the evening. During and after dinner there will be a Silent Auction with over forty items.   

After dinner, the real fun begins as we open the live auction at 7:30 p.m. with Auctioneer Extraordinaire, Pam Stone!
