The Children’s Theater Festival is pleased to announce the winners of the 2019 Super Saturday Student Photo Contest. 

 

Established in memory of Mara Smith, a longtime supporter and photographer for Super Saturday, the photo contest was open to youth 18 and under. Participants could submit up to five digital photos taken on Super Saturday that captured the fun and excitement of the day. Mara’s family, including her husband Ford Smith, who is also a photographer, judged the photos and provided prize money for the winners.  

 

The winners are:   

Most Creative, Oakley Whiteside of Tryon, NC 

Most Fun: Emily Salvato of Greer, SC 

Essence of Super Saturday: Mae Nolan of Kernersville, NC
