The WNC Quilters’ Guild, proudly promoting the art of quilting since 1982, presents a quilt show entitled “A Garden of Quilts,” Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Youth Activities Building in the Bonclarken Conference Center in Flat Rock, NC.
The show will feature over 100 quilts, judged by award-winning quilt maker, Susan Edmonson. There will be arts-and-crafts vendors, raffle baskets and a Guild boutique. Docent tours can be arranged and a variety of food items will be available during the lunch hours.
The drawing for the Guild’s raffle quilt, “Pathways Through Nature,” will be held on Saturday at 4 p.m. The quilt is an original design, pieced and quilted by guild member, Judy Heyward. You do not have to be present to win.
