The event is from 2-4 p.m. and will include children hunting 10,000 Easter eggs.

The Easter egg hunt event is free and is sponsored by the Fans of Harmon Field and the town of Tryon.

Children ages preschool through the 5th grade can participate in the Easter Egg hunt and there are inflatables for all ages.

Entertainment includes a 22-foot slide, a 30-foot obstacle course, a 13-foot bounce house, a My Little Farm Toddler Bounce House (for ages 5 and under), jousting, a baseball speed cage with radar, mini basketball and a World of Sports Game.

Children can also get free snow cones and drinks and the Polk County Library will have crafts and face painting for children.

“This is a free community event thanks to our generous sponsors and the town of Tryon,” said Fans of Harmon Field’s Lindy Buss.
