Polk County Superior Court results

In Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, with Judge Athena F. Brooks presiding, 127 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Jason Michael Ahlert was convicted of felony probation violation. Ahlert was sentenced to 75 days in jail.
Bruce Julian Allen Jr. was convicted of obtaining property under false pretenses. Allen was sentenced to two years supervised probation and court costs.
Antoine Kendrick Counts was convicted of five counts of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance. Counts was sentenced to two years supervised probation, $600 in lab fees and court costs.
Thomas Brandon Howard was convicted of level one driving while impaired. Howard was sentenced to 40 days in jail, three years supervised probation, a $300 fine and court costs.
Aimee Swartz Johnson was convicted of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, $600 in lab fees and court costs.
Earl Daniel Logan was convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon. Logan was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and court costs.
Devin L. Newman was convicted of possession of marijuana ½ ounce to one and ½ ounces. Newman was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.
Yhshua Quince Robinson was convicted of three counts of breaking and or entering. Robinson was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for time served.
Jacqueline Baile Stafford was convicted of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance. Stafford was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, $600 in lab fees and court costs.
Charles Donald Sweezy was convicted of solicit by computer/appear. Sweezy was sentenced to three years supervised probation and court costs.
Christy Danielle Williams was convicted of possession of stolen goods/property. Williams was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation, $950 in restitution and court costs.
Ryan Williams was convicted of two counts of conspiracy breaking and entering building-felony/larceny. Williams was sentenced to two years supervised probation, $950 in restitution and court costs.
