Polk County Farm Bureau agents Shirley Odel and Jesse Navarro recently received the Quality Award for Life and Annuities from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Agents are measured on new business production, retention and customer satisfaction. The two were awarded at the WNC NAIFA award banquet at Etowah Country Club in December.
