The Quatrophonics concert rescheduled for Sunday
Published 8:00 am Wednesday, September 19, 2018
The Foothills Equestrian Nature Center has rescheduled its monthly concert to 4 p.m. Sunday.
The concert date was moved due to concerns over the weather from Hurricane Florence.
The Quatrophonics saxophone quartet will perform an eclectic mix of classic jazz and pop from around the globe during Sunday’s concert. Members Stan Widener on soprano and alto, Gary Livingston on alto, Dave Johnson on tenor and Jim Litzie on baritone, all lifelong musicians, have been performing for audiences in the Carolinas since 2011.
This event is free and open to the public, with refreshments served following the performance. Funding from the Kirby Endowment at the Polk County Community Foundation made the event possible.
FENCE is located at 3381 Hunting Country Road in Tryon. Those interested in more information may call 828-859-9021 or email info@fence.org.
