Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals, a property management and vacation rental company, has acquired Tryon Retreats, a property management company in the Tryon region.
“With the addition of Tryon Retreats, we are positioned to broaden the scope of our property management expertise and vacation rental portfolio,” said Steve Frellick, founder and president of Yonder. “This horizontal integration strategy will give Yonder a competitive edge in the property management space in western North Carolina, specifically the Tryon area, where exponential growth and interest has occurred thanks in large part to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. I couldn’t be more excited about this transition and opportunity for Yonder’s growth.”
“I’m thrilled for the future of Tryon Retreats under Yonder’s management,” said Damian Hall, former president and managing broker of Tyron Retreats. “They have assembled a first-class team over the last 10 years and bring a high level of integrity, premium service, technology and local knowledge to their guests and property owners”
To kick off the consolidation, Yonder will integrate the Tryon Retreat homes over to the Yonder site, which will have its own collection along with several existing Yonder properties that were close by.
Melanie Jackson, operations manager of Tryon Retreats, will stay on to handle all day-to-day operations and assist with the transition to Yonder.
