Polk County Community Foundation awards 2018 scholarships

Since 1975, the Polk County Community Foundation receives charitable donations of all sizes from community members and then distributes grants to local nonprofits and educators, as well as plethora of scholarships to students.
The foundation awarded scholarships to the following individuals this year:
