Polk County District Court Results – May 23

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, with Judge Emily G. Cowan presiding, 45 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Andrew David Brown was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Brown was fined $40 and court costs.

Yennifer Reyes Cruz was convicted of possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Cruz was fined $100 and court costs.

Beth Coiner Donaldson was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Donaldson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation.

John Graber was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Graber was fined $40 and court costs.

Lynnea B. Stadelmann was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Stadelmann was fined $40 and court costs.

Koen Vancampenhoudt was convicted of second-degree trespassing. Vancampenhoudt was to pay court costs.

Thomas Talbert Wagner was convicted of speeding 96 mph in a 65 mph zone. Wagner was fined $100 and court costs.
