Polk County District Court Results – May 16

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, with Judge Pet Knight presiding, 75 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Toni Danielle Atwell was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Atwell was to pay court costs.

Nicole Ashley Brann was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Brann was to pay court costs.

Paul Stephen Carr was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Carr was fined $40 and court costs.

Kyle Ryder Conner was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 70 mph zone. Conner was fined $100 and court costs.

Katherine Ann Cook was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Cook was fined $93 and court costs.

Jean Claude Dallies was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Dallies was fined $50 and court costs.

Reid Galarzacaballero was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Galarzacaballero was fined $40 and court costs.

Caroline Ivy Hill was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Hill was fined $40 and court costs.

Taylor Brenda McFalls was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. McFalls was fined $40 and court costs.

Michael Lee Oelerich was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Oelerich was fined $75.

Silvia Rojasderomero was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Rojasderomero was fined $25.

Emily Patricia Russell was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Russell was fined $40 and court costs.

Alexander T. Strickin was convicted of speeding 75 mph in a 70 mph zone. Strickin was fined $94 and court costs.

Paul Edward Yeager Jr. was convicted of failure to wear seat belt-driver. Yeager was fined $25.50 and court costs.
