In a Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 100 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Akeen Wayne Allen Carson was convicted of felony probation violation. Carson’s probation was terminated.

Quentin Keith Mullins Sr. was convicted of two counts of break or enter a motor vehicle, identity theft and obtain property under false pretense. Mullins was sentenced to 30 months supervised probation and court costs.

Alfonso Nunez Jr. was convicted of felony probation violation. Nunez probation was terminated.
