Polk County Early College is holding a dress collection of prom and formal dresses (all sizes) that will be given free to high school students on several dress distribution dates scheduled for the spring across the foothills. This is the second year of this dress drive by PCEC students. Our dress closet is with the national organization, Becca’s Closet.
