Connie Spicer Hill

Connie Spicer Hill, 58, of Rutherfordton, N.C. died Friday, Oct. 20, 2017 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

A native of Polk County, she was the daughter of the late Pearl Spicer Goode and the wife of the late Maurice Hill. Mrs. Hill was of the Baptist faith and a retired CNA.

Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Terry Gray, Charlene Woosley and Mary Rollins, all of Greer, S.C.; brother Burton Goode of Greer, S.C.; Candie Garcia Olvera, cousin and like a sister to Connie; Marlene McDowell, special friend and like a sister; and a number of close family members.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Carl Goode.

Graveside services will be private.
